COFFEE FOR YOU

In late 2023, we are introduced to Sergio Leite and the team of Coffee for You (C4U) a group of coffee visionary and passionate individuals.

The new connection has inspired and bloomed to continue understanding the Oman coffee landscape and an idea to provide coffees that will greatly match the requirement of the new and blossoming market in specialty coffee. The conversations about coffee pushed them to visit our headquarters with a green and roasted coffees on their backpack, travelled from Brazil, to Europe, and finally landing in Oman. Without enough rest and sleep, the C4U Team (Bruno, Beto, and Fernando) met us and excitedly handed over some coffees for us to try. Shared a couple of cups and laughter, we toured them in our facility and shared the story of who and what Azura is. We immediately understood that we are on the same page- a quality driven approach while maintaining a great understanding on product matching for our emerging coffee consumers.

From the cupping table, we immediately noticed the selections have brought us great picture on what they could present for us to select and offer for our Omani customers. It's not everyday that you could cup a great example of coffees from Brazil- where majority of the consumers only think of it as inferior and cheaper option for your daily cup-of-joe.

After sharing a table for lunch, we started joking out about traveling to Brazil to see the entire landscape of coffees, where it is coming from, and especially to understand first-hand what makes a great cup of coffee from the origin itself.

Oftentimes, we always praise about fancy equipments and skillful coffee roasters and barista's doing their flair and serving the best to their customers. At this point we have told ourselves "we will do it", lets travel to the farms and see how coffees are cultivated and also appreciate more the unsung heroes of our industry- the producers.
