Granja El Paraíso-92 is a family-run farm that cultivates a variety of premium coffees, including Java, Bourbon Pink, Geisha, Pacamara, Caturra, Tabi, Castillo, Supremo, and Colombia. Their innovative cultivation techniques, such as terraces, drip irrigation, and shade, are complemented by precise nutrition calculations in a state-of-the-art laboratory. This meticulous approach results in award-winning, unique coffees that have been recognized within the industry. Additionally, Finca Paraiso-92 boasts its own microbiology and quality laboratories, as well as a processing plant. Each coffee undergoes a rigorous selection process, followed by sterilization and characterization of the cherry. Controlled anaerobic fermentation with specific microorganisms is then utilized, followed by another round of fermentation. To further enhance the coffee's sensory profile, a hot and cold water process is used for bean sealing.
