Yemen Lot M1

Yemen Lot M1 is a specialty coffee sourced from high-altitude coffee-growing regions of Yemen, 
where traditional farming methods and natural microclimates contribute to the coffee’s distinctive 
profile. This lot reflects the heritage of Yemeni coffee cultivation, often associated with complex 
fruitiness, deep sweetness, and traditional sun-dried processing. 
The coffee undergoes a controlled Natural Anaerobic Slow-dry process for 6 days, enhancing its 
complexity and developing deeper fruit sweetness, earthy undertones, and rich aromatic intensity. The 
natural sun-drying and fermentation control help preserve Yemen’s signature specialty profile 
Produced under the vision of the Al - khanshali family’s specialty coffee initiative, Yemen Lot M1 
showcases the revival of Yemeni coffee culture by supporting local farmers and improving post-harvest 
quality. The coffee represents Yemen’s historical role as one of the earliest origins of global coffee
