This coffee comes from a small regional group of producers who regularly supply the washing station with some of our favorite Ethiopian varieties. With hints of floral notes, watermelon, peach, and vibrant citrus acidity, this coffee represents the adventurous and diverse flavors that Ethiopia is known for. With over 60 distinct coffee varieties and a rich history of coffee production, Ethiopia is a country that embodies risk-taking and challenge. Despite the challenges in the Ethiopian coffee trade, we are slowly starting to see single variety lots from this region.
