Yemen Lot 1

Yemen Lot 1 is a specialty coffee sourced from the traditional highland coffee-growing regions of 
Yemen, where coffee cultivation is deeply rooted in history and heritage. This is a limited specialty 
selection lot, reflecting classic Yemeni coffee production using smallholder farming traditions. 
The coffee undergoes a controlled Natural Anaerobic Slow-dry process for 6 days, enhancing its 
complexity and developing deeper fruit sweetness, earthy undertones, and rich aromatic intensity. The 
natural sun-drying and fermentation control help preserve Yemen’s signature specialty profile. 
Yemen Lot 1 represents the revival of historic Yemeni coffee trade through modern quality selection 
and sustainable sourcing, supporting local farming communities while delivering a refined specialty 
coffee experience.
